HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
On the shop page there are links to many of our services. If you are in need of additional services listed on the Miscellaneous Price List on the SHOP drop-down menu, or you need to inquire about package price negotiations, please contact us here and we will get back to you promptly.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
We accept PayPal. If you need to make other payment arrangements, please contact us here and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
SECURE ORDERING & PAYMENT OPTIONS
To ensure your security, we prefer to utilize PayPal as payment. All MP3 files and correspondence are sent via email, or for larger file delivery: DropBox. You may request in writing your desire for an alternative delivery method. We strive to make our customers happy. We like it when you smile.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with any finished product we will do our best to remedy the cause for your complaint. However, due to the nature of our business, time invested, etc. we are unable to offer refunds. There are samples of our work here (password protected for clients) Be certain you are choosing the correct talent to record your work effectively. Again, we strive to create the best product out there and want your return business.
